Soya beans have a high protein content and low fat and carbohydrates. Soya milk powder is used by many people of different ages as a food supplement as it has very good Nutrition Values and Proteins. The beans contain one of the most important oils for the manufacture of margarine and shortenings.

Process Description

When the oil of the soya bean has removed, the residual product (soya bean meal) acts as the raw material for soya-bean protein production. The soya-bean meal is fed to a continuous extractor and solids are separated from liquid. The liquid is pasteurized and pH of the solution is adjusted. Standard Co-current spray dryers are used with either rotary or nozzle atomization.
